Exterior Wash - $39.00 **MOTOR HOME’S ARE
Includes - exterior wash, windows and tire dressing. ADDITIONAL $10.00**
•Stovetop & Oven Check and Maintenance - $74.00
Includes - Check and clean manifold, LP drop test, clean and adjust pilot light and Check and adjust air flow and LP pressure.
•A/C Check & Maintenance - $49.00
Includes – Amp draw test, clean filter, inspect bolts for tightness and check for proper air flow.
•Refrigerator Check & Maintenance - $49.00
Includes – Operation check on 12V, 110V and LP, inspect ventilation, LP test and Clean and adjust burner.
•Furnace Check & Maintenance - $99.00
Includes – Clean & inspect burner, igniter and orifice, check LP pressure and CO2 Test.
•Water Heater Maintenance - $64.00
Includes – Clean & check burner, clean pilot and burner tube and adjust air flow.
•Exterior Maintenance - $99.00
Includes – Inspect slide out, adjust as needed and lube all gears, inspect roof seams and seal cracks and inspect LP tanks.
